Moravian Men's Soccer to Start 2022 with Road Trip to Virginia on September 2

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's soccer team will begin the 2022 campaign on Friday, September 2 with a two-game road trip to Virginia, taking on Virginia Wesleyan University and No. 11 Christopher Newport University.

The Greyhounds are coming off a 6-9-3 season last year under fifth-year Head Coach Bob Wilkinson, who returns 25 Hounds to the pitch with one graduate student and seven seniors. The Blue and Grey add seven first-year student-athletes and one transfer to the roster. Junior Reed Sturza is the returning leading scorer for Moravian.

Moravian has added some top-25 competition to their non-conference schedule for the upcoming year, facing off with three different squads ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Association Preseason Top 25, including No. 5 Messiah University.
