SCRANTON, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team competed on the second day of the University of Scranton Invitational Sunday.
Freshman Matt Tuorto won his consolation match in the first singles flight with a 5-7, 7-5, 1-0 (10-8) victory over Todd Doran from Marywood University. Freshman John Wylie dropped his consolation match in the first singles flight, falling in three sets 3-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-0) to Michael Kranz from Wilkes University.
The Greyhounds are scheduled to compete at the 2012 United States Tennis Association-Intercollgiate Tennis Association Southeast Regional Tournament being hosted by the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th.
