BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team suffered its first Landmark Conference loss of the 2013 season Tuesday, falling to The University of Scranton, 9-0, at Hoffman Courts.
The Royals won the three doubles matches to start the contest, and then Scranton swept all six singles matches in straight sets. Moravian's second doubles team of sophomore Lewis Cooper and freshman Libario Obeid did force their doubles match into an extra point before falling 9-7.
Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 13th in a Landmark Conference match versus Juniata College starting at 9:00 a.m. at Hoffman Courts.
