ITHACA, N.Y. --- The Moravian University men's indoor track & field team won a pair of events and had two All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying marks in the Ithaca (N.Y.) College Bomber Invitational Saturday.
Moravian Event Winners
- Senior Trevor Gray won the 60-meter dash final in an AARTFC qualifying time of 6.96 seconds, and he was third in the preliminaries in 7.04 seconds
- Graduate student Cole Stanchina took first in the 3,000-meter run with an AARTFC qualifying time of 8:43.06
Moravian Top 10 Finishers
- Junior Jerome Luckey was the runner-up in the high jump at a height of 1.87 meters (6-1.5)
- Senior Nathan Hajel took fifth in the 3,000-meter run in 8:51.35
- Graduate student Casey Frank placed sixth in the 800-meter run in a time of 1:58.16 while sophomore Jordan Gagner took tenth at 1:59.33
- Sophomore Anthony Morillo was sixth in the shot put at a distance of 14.09 meters (46-2.75)
- Sophomore Mael Tshiyonga finished eighth in the 60-meter hurdle finals in a time of 8.83 after qualifying eighth in the preliminaries in 8.75 seconds
- The Hounds' 4x400-meter relay team of Gray, senior Kyle Weiss, junior Jason Gartner and freshman Owen Smith placed eighth in 3:35.93
