Kerchner Named Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Junior Bryan Kerchner of the Moravian University's men's indoor track & field squad has been named as the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.

Kerchner placed fifth in the mile run at the Penn State University Final Tune-Up with an All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying and school record time of 4:15.88. Kerchner took 2.20 seconds off his previous career best and nearly a full second off the previous school record in 2020.

The Greyhounds are slated to compete in the 2025 Landmark Conference Championships at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex in Landover, Maryland on Saturday, March 1 with action beginning at 11:00 a.m.

The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
