2013 Fall Schedule Set for Men's Tennis Squad

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's tennis squad will compete in a pair of dual matches and two tournaments during the fall portion of the 2013-14 schedule beginning on September 8th.

The Greyhounds, under the direction of third-year Head Coach Art Smith, will compete at the four-team Muhlenberg College Invitational on Sunday, September 8th to kick off the season. Moravian will then play its only home dual match of the fall on Tuesday, September 17th when King's College comes to Bethlehem.

After a match at Albright College on September 26th, the Greyhounds will close out the fall portion of the schedule at the two-day University of Scranton Invitational, competing in both singles and doubles flights, on September 28th and 29th. Moravian also has its annual Alumni match on the fall schedule on Sunday, September 22nd at Hoffman Courts.

The spring portion of the Greyhounds' schedule has 11 dual matches at this time including five at home, four of those matches are Landmark Conference contests. The Greyhounds have yet to announce their schedule for the squad's spring break trip to Florida in early March.

Moravian is slated to start the spring on Wednesday, February 26th in a match at Baptist Bible College, and the Greyhounds will host Goucher College to begin the Landmark Conference season on Saturday, March 15th. The Landmark Conference Tournament is scheduled to begin with the top two seeds hosting the semifinals on Wednesday, April 23rd.
