Junior Briana Van Buskirk Honored as Landmark Conference Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week

MADISON, N.J. – Junior forward Briana Van Buskirk (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) was named the Landmark Conference Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 24th. Van Buskirk helped the Greyhounds to a 3-0 record last week.

Van Buskirk recorded the 12th hat trick in program history, and was a part of all four goals in a win over Division II Mercy College. She added two more goals in a 7-0 victory over Cedar Crest. She helped Moravian outshoot Goucher 27-1 in a 3-0 win.

Van Buskirk leads the Greyhounds in points (20) and goals (six), and she ranks second on the team in assists with four. She also has one game-winning goal.

Moravian will host rival Muhlenberg College on Tuesday, October 25th at Betty Prince Field at 3:30 p.m.
