WILLIAMSBURG, Va. --- The Moravian University men's golf squad moved up four spots to finish sixth of 12 teams in the two-day, 36-hole at The Ruckus on the Jamestown Course at the Williamsburg National Golf Club after the second round on Sunday.
How It Happened
- The Hounds, who were tied for tenth after the first round, carded a team score of 312 Sunday to finish with a 36-hole score of 634
- Husson University won the tournament with a score of 605
Moravian Results
- Freshman Jake Haberstumpf finished fourth of the 69 golfers with a two-over par 146 for the 36-holes. Haberstumpf shot the second lowest round of the day Sunday with a three-under par 69 that included four birdies and 13 pars. Haberstumpf's 69 was tied for the second lowest round of the tournament
- Senior Jason Koch finished tied for 23rd at 159. He fired a 79 on Sunday with a birdie and 10 pars
- Senior Andrew Hozza was tied for 29th with a two-round total of 161. Hozza carded a 78 in the second round that included three birdies and seven pars
- Freshman Robbie McNelly finished in a tie for 59th at 173 for the tournament. He shot a 91 on Sunday with nine pars
- Senior Jack Wagner was tied for 61st at 176 after an 86 in the second round with seven pars
