SELINSGROVE, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's basketball team saw its 2019-20 season come to a close with a 76-43 loss at top seed Susquehanna University in a Landmark Conference Semifinal Wednesday evening.

The Greyhounds, who finish the year at 14-12 under first-year Head Coach Shawn Postiglione, had two players in double figures led by senior forward Addis Ralph, who had 15 points and seven rebounds. Senior guard C.J. Barnes tossed in 11 points to finish his career 1,248 points, ranking 15th in program history while tying the school record with 110 games played. Barnes also had eight rebounds in the game and a trio of three-pointers.

Freshman guard Greg Eck added seven points and six boards while freshman guard Nate Dougherty had five points. Junior guard Deandre Tillett and freshman guard Samuel Yadush each had two points. Senior forward John Hargraves contributed seven rebounds and one point while senior guard Mike Martino added three rebounds, two assists and two points.

The River Hawks scored the first 10 points of the game before Ralph sank a three-pointer to get the Hounds on the scoreboard. Susquehanna pushed its advantage up to 16 points to 26-10 before Moravian put together a 15-3 run to close within four points, 29-25, on a three-pointer by Dougherty with just over two minutes left in the first half. The River Hawks answered had pushed the edge back into double digits before the intermission at 37-25 after 20 minutes of action.

The Greyhounds, who played without leading scorer junior guard Matt O'Connor due to an injury, would go six minutes without scoring in the second half before Barnes drained a three-pointer. Susquehanna would continue to pull away, and the top seeded River Hawks will now host third seed The University of Scranton in the Landmark Conference Championship game as the Royals upset second seed Drew University, 93-81, in Madison, New Jersey on Wednesday.
