WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's soccer squad fell to host Lycoming College, 2-1, in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon.
How It Happened
- The teams played a scoreless first half
- The Warriors were the first to get onto the scoreboard in the 55th minute
- The Greyhounds answered just under four minutes later when junior defender Kyle Weiss found the goal off a pass from senior forward Zach Nicholas
- Lycoming broke the tie in the 84th minute with an unassisted goal
Inside the Numbers
- Weiss' goal was the first of his career with the Greyhounds while Nicholas registered his first assist of the season and second of his career
- Senior goalie Andrew Remias recorded a pair of saves in the contest
- Lycoming finished the match with a 14-11 edge in shots and a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks
