WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's soccer squad fell to host Lycoming College, 2-1, in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened

  • The teams played a scoreless first half
  • The Warriors were the first to get onto the scoreboard in the 55th minute
  • The Greyhounds answered just under four minutes later when junior defender Kyle Weiss found the goal off a pass from senior forward Zach Nicholas
  • Lycoming broke the tie in the 84th minute with an unassisted goal

Inside the Numbers

  • Weiss' goal was the first of his career with the Greyhounds while Nicholas registered his first assist of the season and second of his career
  • Senior goalie Andrew Remias recorded a pair of saves in the contest
  • Lycoming finished the match with a 14-11 edge in shots and a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks
