How It Happened - Muskingum

  • The Greyhounds, batting as the visiting team, jumped an early 1-0 lead with a run in the top of the first inning. Junior left fielder Sage Snyder followed with an RBI single to left field as Gawrys raced home
  • The Fighting Muskies knotted the score in the bottom of the second inning with a solo home run
  • Muskingum moved ahead in the bottom of the sixth with two more runs on a two RBI double
  • The Blue & Grey would have just one other hit in the game as senior designated player Emily Silberman led off the top of the seventh with a single

  • The Maroons added an insurance run in the bottom of the sixth on an RBI single
