MADISON, N.J. --- The 2012 Moravian College women's tennis team is a unanimous selection to repeat as conference champions in the Landmark Conference season in a preseason poll selected by the conference's head coaches and sports information directors.

The Greyhounds, who have won three of the four Landmark Conference titles, were first with 65 points while The University of Scranton was picked second with 50 points.  In a tight race for the top four spots, The Catholic University of America is third with 47 points, followed by Goucher College in fourth with 44 points.  Susquehanna University was picked fifth with 27 points while Drew University was sixth with 26 points and Juniata College rounded out the poll with 14 points.

The Greyhounds, who were 2-2 during the fall portion of their season including a win over NCAA Division I LaSalle University, begin their 2012 spring season on Monday, March 5th with a match versus Wittenberg (Ohio) University at the Spring TennisFest in Hilton Head, South Carolina.  Moravian will play a total of three matches before returning home.  The Greyhounds will begin defense of their Landmark Conference title on Saturday, March 24th at Juniata College.
