MADISON, N.J. – Junior Chelsea Ott of the Moravian College women's tennis team was named Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of Aprild 2nd.
Ott was a perfect 4-0 in singles and doubles competition for Moravian in a pair of Landmark matches this past week. In a 5-4 win over Catholic she did not drop a game in a 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles, and also team with Katie Zien for an 8-0 win at first doubles. Ott also won twice in a narrow loss to Drew, claiming a 6-1, 6-1 victory in first singles and an 8-6 win at first doubles.
On the season, Ott is 7-1 in first singles and 11-3 in singles overall. She is also 4-6 in doubles with a 4-4 mark in first doubles.
Moravian returns to the courts on Thursday, April 5th as they take on Landmark Conference foe Susquehanna University. Match will be played at DeSales University at 2:30 p.m.
