BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's tennis team clinched an 18th straight postseason appearance with a 5-4 Landmark Conference win in the team's final home game of the 2012 season at Hoffman Courts Saturday and a win by Susquehanna University over Drew University.

The Greyhounds had a 2-1 lead after the doubles action. Junior Chelsea Ott and sophomore Katie Zien had an 8-4 win at first doubles for Moravian while sophomore Erica Venuti and freshman Carly Agrifolio posted an 8-4 victory at second doubles.

The teams would split the six singles matches with Moravian earning the three points it needed for the victory.  Ott had a 6-0, 6-2 win at first singles for the 49th win of her career, which moves her into a tie for eighth in the school record books. Zien had a 6-3, 6-2 win at third singles for the Greyhounds before sophomore Olivia Sonnabend won the match with a 6-2, 6-3 victory at sixth singles.

Moravian needs to complete a Landmark Conference match on Sunday, April 22nd with Juniata College to determine the seeding for the 2012 Landmark Conference Tournament. The Greyhounds and the Eagles were tied at 4-4 with Sonnabend in a third set at sixth singles on April 9th when rain forced the match to be suspended.
