BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior Natalie Stabilito of the Moravian University women’s cross country and track & field teams has been selected to the 2022 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Women’s Track/Cross Country Team for NCAA Division III schools in District IV.

To be eligible for CoSIDA Academic All-America® honors, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.30 grade-point average, be a sophomore, junior or senior and be a starter or significant reserve. District IV in NCAA Division III is made up of schools from Pennsylvania. Moravian has had 55 Greyhounds named CoSIDA Academic All-Americans®.

By making the All-District First Team, Stabilito is now forwarded onto the national ballot to try for CoSIDA Academic All-America® accolades, which will be announced Tuesday, June 21. She is the only student-athlete from the Landmark Conference on Academic All-District Teams.

Stabilito helped the Greyhounds capture the 2022 Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship, the program’s 14th Landmark Outdoor title as well as runner-up finishes in cross country and indoor track & field in the Landmark Championship meets.

On the outdoor track, Stabilito captured the 2021 Landmark Conference Women’s Outdoor title in the 1,500-meter run and she also garnered Landmark All-Conference Second Team honors in the 800-meter run back in 2019. During the indoor track season, Stabilito earned Landmark All-Conference Second Team accolades in the 800-meter run in 2019, and she was second in the mile run at the 2020 AARTFC Indoor Championships. Moravian captured Landmark Conference indoor titles in 2019 and 2020.

This past fall on the cross country course, Stabilito garnered All-Metro Region honors with a fourth-place finish that sent her to the 2021 NCAA Division III National Championship race in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned 2021 Landmark All-Conference First Team with a fourth-place finish in the meet hosted by the Greyhounds, and she was a member of the Landmark All-Conference Second Team as a freshman cross country runner in 2018.

Off the track and cross country course, Stabilito, who was selected as the Landmark Conference Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Senior Scholar-Athlete earlier this week, made Moravian’s Dean’s Honors List eight times as well as being a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society. She will be a nine-time member of the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll. Stabilito completed her undergraduate degree in nursing earlier this month with a 3.83 GPA. She was also named as a United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Individual in cross country in 2018 and 2021, and Stabilito was a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Freshman Student Honor Society.

Stabilito also served in a leadership role for Moravian’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and participated in Landmark Conference SAAC events, and she also worked with Moravian’s Habitat for Humanity group on campus.
