Third Athletics Giving Challenge - Day 6 Leaderboard
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its third Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from October 28-November 7. The Greyhounds have 1,215 donors over six days of the challenge raising over $87,000.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its third Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from October 28-November 7. The Greyhounds have 1,215 donors over six days of the challenge raising over $87,000.
The men's lacrosse program leads the list with 162 donors and over $15,000, including 100% student-athlete participation, which unlocks an extra $1,000 from the Blue & Grey Club. The softball team has had 121 donors for more than $9,600 followed by the women's lacrosse squad who has a total of 104 donors for over $3,100. The women's soccer team had 94 donors, including reaching 100% student-athlete participation to unlock $1,000 from the Blue & Grey Club, is ahead of the women's basketball with 89 donors for over $6,300. The football team had 81 donors for over $13,000 while baseball had 72 donors for over $4,200 and fthe men's soccer program had 70 donors after day six. The field hockey squad was the first team to reach 100% student-athlete participation and unlocked the bonus of $1,000 donated by the Blue & Grey Club.
The men's lacrosse and football programs are both over $10,000 while the softball team has raised over $9,000. The women's basketball, golf and men's soccer teams have all received over $5,000 while the baseball squad has raised more than $4,000. The men's basketball, men's tennis, volleyball and women's lacrosse squads have recorded over $3,000 while the Blue & Grey Club, field hockey, swimming,women's soccer and women's tennis have all surpassed $2,000 over six days.
