Third Athletics Giving Challenge - Day 7 Leaderboard
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its third Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from October 28-November 7. The Greyhounds have 1,374 donors over six days of the challenge raising over $93,600.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its third Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from October 28-November 7. The Greyhounds have 1,374 donors over six days of the challenge raising over $93,600.
The men's lacrosse program leads the list with 171 donors and over $15,800, including 100% student-athlete participation, which unlocks an extra $1,000 from the Blue & Grey Club. The softball team has had 137 donors for more than $10,500 followed by the women's lacrosse squad who has a total of 114 donors for over $3,300. The women's soccer team had 102 donors, including reaching 100% student-athlete participation to unlock $1,000 from the Blue & Grey Club, is ahead the football team who had 95 donors for over $14,000. The women's basketball squad had 95 donors for over $6,400 while baseball had 78 donors for over $4,500 and the men's soccer program had 77 donors after a week of the giving challenge. The field hockey and golf squads also reached 100% student-athlete participation and unlocked the bonus of $1,000 donated by the Blue & Grey Club.
The men's lacrosse, softball and football programs are both over $10,000. The women's basketball, golf and men's soccer teams have all received over $5,000 while the baseball squad has over $4,500. The field hockey, men's basketball, men's tennis, volleyball and women's lacrosse programs and the Blue & Grey Club have recorded over $3,000 while the swimming, women's soccer and women's tennis teams have all surpassed $2,000 and the Track & Field squad eclipsed $1,000 over seven days.
