Greyhounds to Open 2025 Softball Schedule at The Spring Games in March

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University softball squad is scheduled to open its 2025 season on Monday, March 3 as the Greyhounds take part in the PFX Spring Games in Clermont, Florida.

The Hounds will play a total of eight games over five days as the squad will play Neumann University and Adrian (Mich.) College on March 3, Alvernia University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (N.Y.) on Tuesday, March 4, No. 10 Trine (Ind.) University and Saint Mary's (Minn.) University on Thursday, March 6 and Gustavus Adolphus (Minn.) College and Emmanuel (Mass.) College on Friday, March 7.

The season-opening ten-game road trip continues with contests at No. 8 Virginia Wesleyan University and No. 9 Christopher Newport (Va.) University on Saturday, March 15.

Moravian returns to Pennsylvania and has 12 straight contests scheduled at Blue & Grey Field beginning with a non-conference doubleheader with Lebanon Valley College on Tuesday, March 18. The Greyhounds then host non-conference doubleheaders with Ursinus College on Saturday, March 22, Franklin & Marshall College on Tuesday, March 25 and rival Muhlenberg College on Thursday, March 27. The Hounds begin the 2025 Landmark Conference season with a twinbill on Saturday March 29 versus Juniata College, and the homestand ends versus Drew University on Wednesday, April 2.

The Blue & Grey go back on the road for conference doubleheaders at Susquehanna University on Saturday, April 5 and Elizabethtown College on Tuesday, April 8. Moravian will host King's College in a non-conference doubleheader on Thursday, April 10 before road contests at Wilkes University on Saturday, April 12 and Arcadia University on Tuesday, April 15.

The Hounds close out the season with three Landmark Conference doubleheaders with Lycoming College coming to Blue & Grey Field on Saturday, April 19, at The University of Scranton on Saturday, April 26 and home with The Catholic University of America on Saturday, May 3 to close out the regular season.

The 2025 Landmark Conference Tournament is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 6 with a play-in game between the fourth and fifth seed. The tournament will continue Friday, May 9 at the highest seed, and the conference champion of the double elimination tournament will receive an automatic berth to the 2025 NCAA Division III Tournament.
