TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University third baseman Paul Croyle has been selected as the Landmark Conference Baseball Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
Croyle hit .556, going 5-for-9, in the first four games of the season to help the Greyhounds to a 3-1 start under first-year Head Coach Douglas Coe. Croyle hit safely in all four games and added two RBIs, three runs, a double and three walks for a .636 on-base percentage. He also had four assists in five chances in the field at third base.
The Greyhounds, who are 3-1 on the season, are scheduled to return to action on Tuesday, February 28 in a non-conference game versus Milwaukee School of Engineering in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational with first pitch slated for 2:45 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park in Davenport, Florida.
