The Cavaliers slowly chipped away at the Greyhounds' edge and would get within two points at 52-50 with 9:36 left to play
  • Dietz hit a jumper to put the lead back to four points, but Cabrini eventually knotted the contest at 56-56 with 5:56 remaining. After Ratcliff put Moravian on top, the Cavaliers hit a three-point play to take a 59-58 lead with 2:25 to go, their first advantage since 2:30 into the contest. Cooper hit a lay-up with just over a minute to play as Moravian went back on top, 60-58, but Cabrini quickly answered.
