BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's lacrosse team is scheduled to start its 2021 season on Wednesday, March 24 when the Greyhounds host Elizabethtown College in a Landmark Conference match beginning at 7:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field.

The Hounds have a total of eight Landmark Conference matches on the schedule for 2021 as the program will face Elizabethtown and Juniata College twice this season as the conference added extra matches to the schedule to help the schools play as many contests as possible due to the pandemic. Moravian will be video streaming all home games at https://landmarknetwork.tv/moravian/ and most of the road conference games will be available at https://landmarknetwork.tv.

Head Coach Kristen Nicholson enters her sixth season with 19 returning players, and Coach Nicholson has a career mark of 40-32 heading into the campaign. The Greyhounds have a trio of returning All-Conference players from 2019, the last time the conference selected postseason awards. Seniors defender Olivia Clearie and midfielder Meaghan McMullan as well as junior midfielder Lindsey Strohl were named to the Landmark All-Conference Second Team in 2019. McMullan begins the year just 19 points shy of becoming the third player in school history to reach 200 career points.
