BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Seniors Matt Tuorto and C.J. Widdifield have been chosen as the 2015-16 Moravian College men's tennis captains.

Tuorto has recorded a 31-26 singles mark as well as a 38-31 doubles record. Last season Tuorto was named to the Landmark Conference All-Conference First Team for his singles and doubles play. "C.J. and Matt are two fine gentlemen in every sense of the word," commented first year Head Coach Alan Heverly '96. "They have high expectations of their teammates and lead by example. They are present at all team functions and support the other players. Matt demonstrates his skills and helps teammates perform better by giving them tips and advice. C. J. pushes the players to become better athletes at physical training and during practices. Both captains value each other and are role models as students and athletes. Their traits as students, tennis players and gentlemen give them extraordinary influence on the members of the men's team."

The Blue and Grey, who finished 2-0 in fall portion of the schedule, will start up the spring portion of the season on Tuesday, March 1 when the team takes on Summit University at Birchwood Racquet Club at 4:00 p.m.
