BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's tennis team dropped a 5-1 non-conference match to NCAA Division II Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened

• The Golden Bears led 2-1 after doubles action. Kutztown took a 1-0 lead with a victory at first doubles while the duo of sophomores Wyatt Marshall and Ronny Pimentel Ferrer posted an 8-4 victory at second doubles to knot the score at 1-1. The Golden Bears recorded an 8-5 triumph at third doubles to retake the lead
• The squads had agreed before the match to play until decision and the contest would end when one team achieved five team points
• Kutztown swept the top three singles matches to push the score to 5-1 to end the contest
