Marshall Selected to College Sports Communicators Men’s Tennis Academic All-District

Wyatt Marshall for CSC Academic All-District award

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University sophomore Wyatt Marshall has been selected to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Tennis Team for NCAA Division III schools.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-America® honors, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.50 grade-point average, be a sophomore, junior or senior and be a starter or significant reserve. Moravian has had 56 Greyhounds named CSC Academic All-Americans®.

By making the All-District Team, Marshall is now forwarded onto the national ballot to try for CSC Academic All-America® accolades, which will be announced Wednesday, May 31. This year in the inaugural year for the Tennis Academic All-America Teams with the sport being part of the At-Large program until 2023.

Marshall, a marketing major and management minor with a 3.87 grade-point average, helped the Greyhounds to a program record 16 wins this season as Moravian went 16-5 overall and was 5-2 in Landmark Conference action to make the postseason as the third seed in the Landmark Conference Tournament. Marshall had a 12-4 singles mark and a 15-4 slate in doubles action this year, and he is 19-6 in two singles in singles action and 21-10 in doubles contests. He's been a member of the Moravian Dean's Honors List three times and will be on the 2023 Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll.
