BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's indoor track & field squad opened the 2024-25 season Friday evening with the first events of the Lehigh University Fast Times Before Finals at Rauch Fieldhouse.
Moravian Event Winner
- Junior Karalyn Vashey won the 20-pound weight throw with a personal best and All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying toss of 15.22 meters (49-11.25) on her first throw in the finals. The distance is the second longest in program history
Moravian Results
- Freshman Tessa Hopkins finished fifth in the pole vault at a height of 2.95 meters (9-8)
- Junior Margie Rayne was sixth in the weight throw with a toss of 13.51 meters (44-4) while sophomore Arin Peykar was 11th at 13.05 meters (42-9.75) and senior Liz Miskovsky took 12th with a distance of 12.80 meters (42-0). Junior Heather Adams placed 15th at 12.30 meters (40-4.25) while senior Caillie Fish finished 17th with a mark of 11.86 meters (38-11). Sophomore Skylar Marso took 18th at 11.66 meters (38-3.25) and freshman Jessica Heydt was 22nd with a mark of 10.99 (36-0.75)
