BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's tennis team dropped a 5-4 Landmark Conference match to Juniata College Saturday at Hoffman Courts.
The Greyhounds trailed 2-1 after doubles action with a victory by sophomore Katie Zien and freshman Brittany Hodge.
In singles action, Moravian won three of the first four matches completed to move in front 4-3 before Juniata won the last two contests. Sophomore Melissa Follett won at first singles while Erica Venuti captured a victory at third singles. Hodge posted a straight sets win at fourth singles.
Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Thursday, April 18th when the squad hosts Arcadia University in a non-conference match beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Hoffman Courts.
