BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's and women's indoor track & field schedule is set for the 2023-24 campaign, and the Greyhounds will begin action on Friday, December 1 with the opening day of competition at the Lehigh University Mountain Hawk Season Opener meet.
The opening meet at Lehigh has three events and several multi-event competitions beginning at 5:00 p.m. Friday while most of the meet will take place on Saturday, December 2 at Rauch Fieldhouse over at Lehigh. The squads will travel to the Ursinus College Bow Tie Invitational on Friday, December 8 as well as competing in the annual Lehigh University Fast Times Before Finals on December 8-9.
After a month off from meets, the Hounds will return to action on Saturday, January 20 when Moravian hosts an indoor meet at Lehigh's Rauch Fieldhouse, and then the Hounds will compete in the Franklin & Marshall College Mini-Dip Invitational on January 27.
The Hounds have six meets scheduled in the month of February, starting with part of the squad heading to the Alvernia University PLEX Shootout and the rest of the team traveling to the Frank Colden Invitational at Ursinus on Saturday, February 3. The Greyhounds will send competitors at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 9-10 with the rest of the team at the Franklin & Marshall Blue & White Invitational on Saturday, February 10. The Greyhounds are slated to finish the regular season at the Penn State University Tune-Up on Friday, February 16. Moravian will compete in the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships at Susquehanna University on Saturday, February 24.
The Greyhounds are scheduled for two more postseason competitions in March with the two-day 2024 All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Conference Championships at Nazareth (N.Y.) College on Friday and Saturday, March 1-2 and then the two-day 2023 NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships at in Virginia Beach, Virginia on Friday and Saturday, March 8-9.
Following the indoor national championships, the Greyhounds will have a weekend off before the outdoor season begins.
