BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Junior quarterback Jared Jenkins from the Moravian University football squad has been selected as the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.

Jenkins was 27-for-40 for 294 yards with four touchdowns and an interception in the Greyhounds' 58-34 win over Keystone College in the first-ever landmark Conference game. Jenkins threw touchdown passes of 4, 39, 12 and 5 yards, and he rushed for 53 yards and a four-yard touchdown run on seven carries. He also threw a trio of two-point conversions in the game to account for 36 points. The 294 yards puts Jenkins just 54 yards shy of 2,000 passing yards in his Moravian career in just eight games while the 27 completions marked the third time Jenkins has completed that many passes in a single game.
