BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's soccer squad is scheduled to start the 2024 campaign with five consecutive home matches on John Makuvek Field beginning with a non-conference match versus Lebanon Valley College on Friday, August 30.
The Greyhounds will host Colby-Sawyer (N.H.) College on Sunday, September 1, rival Muhlenberg College on Friday, September 6, The United States Coast Guard Academy on Sunday, September 8 ad Misericordia University on Saturday, September 14 to finish off the opening homestand. Moravian will make its first road trip of the season for a match at Stockton University on Wednesday, September 18.
The Hounds head back home to host Rutgers-Newark on Saturday, September 21 before a contest at Montclair State University on Wednesday, September 25. Moravian closes out September and begins the 2024 Landmark Conference season by hosting The Catholic University of America on Saturday, September 28.
The month of October sees the Greyhounds play their final non-conference match when the squad hosts Eastern University on Wednesday, October 2. The remainder of October has the Blue & Grey facing Landmark Conference opponents, beginning with trips to Wilkes University on Saturday, October 5 and Goucher College on Wednesday, October 9. Moravian hosts Lycoming College on Saturday, October 12 and Drew University on Wednesday, October 16 before finishing the month on the road at Susquehanna University on Saturday, October 19, Elizabethtown College on Wednesday, October 23 and Juniata College on Saturday, October 26.
Moravian closes out the regular season on Saturday, November 2 when the squad hosts The University of Scranton.
The Hounds aim to qualify for the 2024 Landmark Conference Tournament that begin on Tuesday, November 5 with the first round between the fourth and fifth seeds. The semifinal matches will be at the top two season on Thursday, November 7 with the finals slated for Saturday, November 9 at the highest remaining seeds' home field.
