ROCHESTER, N.Y. --- The Moravian College women's track & field squad has half a team compete at the Conference Challenge Cup hosted by Nazareth (N.Y.) College Saturday as Moravian took ninth of 12 schools with 25 points.
Senior Carly Danoski picked up 10 points with a first-place finish in the 800-meter run in a time of 2:16.23, currently the fastest time in the nation this season at NCAA Division III. Freshman Crystal Robinson also scored 10 points for the Hounds, earning eight points for a runner-up finish in the 200-meter dash in a time of 26.31 seconds and two points for a seventh place showing in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.94. Both of Robinson's times and Danoski's time all qualify for the 2020 All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships back at Nazareth in March.
Sophomore Natalie Stabilito scored Moravian's other five points with a fourth place in the mile run with an AARTF qualifying time of 5:22.00.
The Hounds will bring the full team back together on Saturday, February 1 when the teams head to the Bomber Invitational at Ithaca (N.Y.) College.
