Greyhounds Record Seven PRs During Penn State University Tune-Up

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's indoor track & field team sent a small group of competitors to Penn State University Tune-Up Friday where the Greyhounds recorded seven personal best times.

Freshman Amanda Crooks had the Hounds' top finish as she was the runner-up in the 60-meter dash in 7.88 seconds while freshman Helen Davis ran a PR time of 8.26 seconds to finish fifth and junior Camaryn Wheeler took eighth in 8.50 seconds. Junior Tatiana Lopez was fifth in the finals of the 60-meter hurdles in 9.82 seconds after a preliminary time of 9.65 seconds while sophomore Ally Lambert posted a PR time of 9.86 seconds in the finals to finish sixth.

Freshman Crystal Robinson placed fifth in the 200-meter dash in 26.13 seconds while Crooks was ninth with a PR of 27.02 seconds, Wheeler took 11th with a PR of 27.18 seconds, junior Morgan Weaver finished 12th in 27.47 seconds, Davis placed 13th in 27.79 seconds and Lopez was 14th with a PR of 28.80 seconds. Robinson also finished seventh in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.06 while Lambert took eighth with a PR of 1:01.22 and Weaver placed ninth in a PR of 1:02.28.

The Hounds will return to action on Saturday, February 29 in the 2020 Landmark Conference Championships hosted by Susquehanna University as the Greyhounds seek their 12th Landmark title in the last 13 years.
