SELINSGROVE, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's volleyball team fell at Susquehanna University, 3-0, in Landmark Conference action Wednesday evening by scores of 25-8, 25-15, 25-21.

Sophomore middle blocker Jess Appleton led the Greyhounds with seven kills while sophomore outside hitter Sela Herber had five kills and seven digs. Sophomore middle blocker Renee Mapa contributed three kills and a pair of blocks while sophomore outside hitter Kirah Dreisbach and junior right side hitter Emerson Gieryic both had two kills with Dreisbach adding six digs and a pair of service aces. Senior setter Victoria Kauffman had eight assists and four digs while freshman setter Taylor Morley added seven assists. Freshman setter Natalia Matos contributed a pair of service aces and three digs while freshman defensive specialist Gabby Mancini had three digs.

Moravian is slated to return to action on Saturday, October 12 in a tri-match at Montclair State University with the Hounds taking on Kenyon (Ohio) College at 1:00 p.m. and the host Red Hawks at 3:00 p.m.
