BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's indoor track & field squad opened the 2023-24 indoor season with the first day of action in the non-scoring Lehigh University Mountain Hawk Opener at Rauch Fieldhouse Friday evening.

• Junior Liz Miskovsky was the runner-up in the 20-pound weight throw with a personal best toss of 13.32 meters (43-8.5) while junior Caillie Fish took fourth at 13.05 meters (42-9.75). Sophomore Margie Rayne placed fifth with a distance of 13.04 meters (42-9.5) while sophomore Karalyn Vashey finished ninth at 12.31 meters (40-4.75). Sophomore Heather Adams took 12th with a toss of 11.68 meters (38-4) while junior Mikayla Woodring  was 13th at 11.52 meters (37-9.5)
• Sophomore Ali Haefele was tenth in the long jump at a PR distance of 4.91 meters (16-1.5) while sophomore Caroline Melillo took 14th with a mark of 4.54 meters (14-10.75)
