COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's indoor track & field squad captured one event title in the Ursinus College Bow Tie Invitational Friday.

Moravian Event Winners

• Sophomore Tara Smurla opened the meet by winning the 5,000-meter run with an All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying time of 18:46.72 

Moravian Top 10 Finishers

• Junior Rachael Goodman finished as the runner-up in the 3,000-meter run in a time of 11:17.26 while sophomore Grace Tirabassi took sixth in 11:58.52 and sophomore Tori Champagne was seventh in a time of 12:18.35
• Sophomore Meghan Myers was fourth in the 5K with a time of 19:44.79 while freshman Alexis Hockenberry took fifth at 19:44.86, freshman Alyssa Hockenberry placed sixth in a time of 19:46.06
• Sophomore Elena Bocchetti was fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:30.90 while junior Lexi Rushatz placed eighth in 2:34.32 and junior Rylie Murphy took tenth at 2:36.90
• Junior Abby Giamoni finished sixth in the 400-meter dash in a time of 1:01.40
• Junior Amber Poniktera was seventh in the mile run at 5:44.68 while senior Pia Mazzella DiBosco finished tenth in 5:33.03
• The Hounds 4x400-meter relay squad of Bocchetti, Murphy, Poniktera and Rushatz won its heat and placed fourth overall in a time of 4:38.16
