LANCASTER, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's indoor track & field team had three All-Atlantic Region Track & Field qualifiers and a pair of runner-up finishes at the Franklin & Marshall College Blue & White Invitational Friday.
Moravian Top 10 Finishers
- Sophomore Ali Haefele was the runner-up in the triple jump with an AARTFC qualifying distance and lifetime personal best mark of 10.96 meters (35-11.5)
- Senior Lexi Groff took second in the high jump with an AARTFC qualifying height of 1.57 meters (5-1.75), and Haefele was third at the same AARTFC qualifying height, setting a new PR in the event. Sophomore Caroline Melillo tied for tenth in the high jump at 1.37 meters (4-6)
- Haefele finished fourth in the long jump with a lifetime PR leap of 5.11 meters (16-9.25)
- Sophomore Karalyn Vashey placed fifth in the 20-pound weight throw with a toss of 13.45 meters (44-1.5) while junior Caillie Fish was sixth at 13.44 meters (44-1.25) and junior Arin Peykar finished eighth at 12.75 meters (41-10)
- Vashey also finished ninth in the shot put with a mark of 10.44 meters (34-3) while Peykar was tenth at 10.24 meters (33-7.25)
