Field Hockey Ready to Begin 2019 Slate on August 30 Versus DeSales on John Makuvek Field

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College field hockey team is set to begin its 2019 season on Friday, August 30 when the squad hosts DeSales University.

Third-year Head Coach Kristen Gillis Powers has 13 letterwinners back from last fall including seven starters. Leading the group of returners are seniors forward/midfielder Sara Cruz, forward Kylie Mastricola, midfielder Olivia Schlofer and forward/midfielder Elisa Silecchia, who are all ready to begin their final season with the Greyhounds.

The Hounds match with DeSales on August 30 will begin at 4:30 p.m. on John Makuvek Field.
