DOYLESTOWN, Pa. --- The Moravian College field hockey squad had its non-conference match at Delaware Valley University suspended due to lightning at halftime with the Greyhounds and the Aggies tied at 1-1.

An official continuation of the game will take place on Wednesday, October 2 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in Doylestown.

Moravian sophomore forward Ava Edwards had scored with 4:12 left in the second quarter to put the Hounds ahead 1-0 while the Aggies answered with 55 seconds before the intermission to knot the score at 1-1. While the teams were at the break, lightning moved into the area and was around long enough to force the decision to suspend and finish at a later date.
