BETHLEHEM, PA. --- The Moravian College men's soccer team improved to 4-0 on the season with a 2-1 overtime victory versus Wilkes University Saturday on John Makuvek Field as sophomore midfielder Anthony Nagy deposited a free kick into the upper right corner midway through the first overtime session.

For Nagy, it was his fourth goal of the year, and his fourth game-winner for the Hounds, who are now 4-0 for the second time in three seasons. Nagy had drawn the foul that led to the winning kick as he was knocked down from behind while cutting in from the right side of the field. He swung his shot over a wall of three players and under the bar into the upper corner for the victory.

The Colonels struck first in the 34th minute with a goal from nearly 30 yards out that snuck under the crossbar for the first goal of the season allowed by Moravian. The match remained that way until the 73rd minute when sophomore forward Andrew Goodolf found a loose ball in the box and put a shot through traffic and into the net for his second goal of the fall.

Junior goalie Michael Bone posted five saves on the afternoon for his fourth win of the year. Moravian had a 21-12 advantage in shots and a 7-4 edge in corner kicks in the match.

The Greyhounds are slated to return to action on Wednesday, September 11 when the squad travels to No. 6 Montclair State University for a non-conference match beginning at 7:00 p.m.
