MALVERN, Pa. --- Moravian College sophomore midfielder Anthony Nagy converted his fourth penalty kick of the season for his fifth game-winning goal to lead the Greyhounds men's soccer squad to a 2-1 overtime victory at Immaculata University Saturday.

The Mighty Macs broke onto the scoreboard in the 39th minute to take a 1-0 edge into halftime. The lead would hold up until the 89th minute when senior defender Akinori Mollenthiel knocked in a rebound of a shot taken by sophomore defender Jared Stafford to tie the contest and force Moravian's third overtime match of the fall. The goal was the second of Mollenthiel's career.

In the overtime, the Greyhounds, who are now 6-1-1 this season, drew a yellow card when sophomore forward Andrew Goodolf was taken down in the box with just 50 seconds left in the overtime. Nagy lined up over the ball and drilled his fourth penalty kick of the season. Three of Nagy's four penalty kicks have won matches this year, and five of his team-high six goals are game-winners including two in overtime.

Junior goalie Michael Bone made four saves to earn the victory for the Blue and Grey, who had a 22-10 advantage in shots and a 5-1 edge in corner kicks in the match.

"It was a great comeback against a really tough and well coached Immaculata team," noted Head Coach Bob Wilkinson. "We hung in there and got the equalizer in the final minutes of the game. Aki Mollenthiel has played well all season and it was great to see him get the goal to tie. We had some momentum going into overtime. Andrew Goodolf was taken down for the PK that Nagy finished off. We look forward to a good week of practice before we start the Landmark Conference."

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, September 28 when the squad opens the 2019 Landmark Conference season by hosting Juniata College in a 1:00 p.m. match on John Makuvek Field.
