BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's soccer squad scored a pair of goals 38 seconds apart in the 89th minute of the match to rally for a 2-1 Landmark Conference victory over visiting Drew University Saturday on John Makuvek Field.

The Rangers had broken a scoreless tie in the 79th minute as Aidan Cserhat scored his 45th career goal to set the Landmark Conference record with a header into the top right corner of the goal.

The Hounds knotted the score in the 89th minute when junior forward Ethan Blakely chipped a ball into the box from the right side the found the head of freshman midfielder Dave Steinbach. Steinbach headed the ball back the other way and into the net for his third goal of the season. Just 38 second later, Blakely took a free kick from the corner and drove the ball into the box where it connected with the leg of senior defender Akinori Mollenthiel, who was sliding and kicked the ball into the right side of the net for his second tally of the year and second career game-winning goal.

Junior goalie Michael Bone made five saves for the Blue and Grey in the victory.

"What a great comeback at the Mak today," stated Head Coach Bob Wilkinson. "It was a great finish by Aki Mollenthiel after Dave Steinbach tied it up. Ethan Blakely with two good balls into the box on both goals. Some real good saves by Mike Bone and Anthony Nagy pushing the ball up the field. A complete team effort against a really good Drew squad. To get a win against them means a lot especially on Homecoming and in front of many of our alumni. I can't say enough about the guys."

The Greyhounds are scheduled to return to the pitch on Wednesday, October 23 in a Landmark Conference match at Elizabethtown College beginning at 7:00 p.m.
