Three Lady Greyhounds Ranked in NCAA Statistics

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Three players of the Moravian College women's basketball team are ranked in the second NCAA Division III women's basketball statistics released Wednesday.

Sophomore forward Alexis Wright is ranked sixth in the nation with 13.8 rebounds per game, tied for ninth with six double-doubles, tied for 43rd in points per game at 18.2 and tied for 83rd with 1.67 blocks per game.

Junior guard Katie O'Rourke is ranked 33rd in the country with 4.9 assists per game and tied for 51st with 3.44 steals per game. O'Rourke is also putting up 14.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per contest this winter.

Junior forward/center Laura Jordan is tied for 47th in Division III with 2.0 blocked shots per game. On the season, Jordan is averaging 6.9 points and 5.9 boards per contest.

As a team, the Greyhounds are ranked tied for first in winning percentage (1.000), tied for ninth in blocked shots per game (6.0) and 38th in points per game (72.1).

Moravian returns to the court on Monday, December 31st as they travel to Centenary (N.J.) College. The contest is scheduled for 1 p.m.
