MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. ---The Moravian College women's basketball team is receiving votes in the D3hoops.com Poll released Monday. The Greyhounds were 22nd in the poll last week.

Moravian, who is off to the best start in school history at 16-2 and 7-0 in Landmark Conference action received 48 points. Moravian is one of two teams from the Landmark Conference receiving national recognition with The Catholic University of America being ranked 17th with 180 points after being ranked 18th last week.

The Greyhounds suffered their second loss at the hands of The College of New Jersey last Monday. Moravian then won back-to-back conference games over The United States Merchant Marine Academy and Susquehanna University.

Moravian will return to action on Wednesday, January 23rd as they take on Landmark Conference foe The University of Scranton. The contest is set for 7 p.m. in Johnston Hall.
