Greyhounds Receive Votes in USA Today Sports/WBCA Top 25

LILBURN, Ga. ---The Moravian College women's basketball team slipped from 25th to receiving votes this week in the sixth USA Today Sports/Women's Basketball Coaches Association Division III Top 25 poll of the 2012-13 season.

The Greyhounds, who are off to the best start in school history at 12-1 overall and 3-0 in Landmark Conference action, received six points, falling from the top 25 to tied for fourth of six teams receiving votes.  Moravian, which has received votes in five straight polls, is one of two teams from the Landmark Conference receiving national recognition with undefeated The Catholic University of America being ranked 13th with 89 points.

Moravian will return to action on Wednesday, January 9th in a Landmark Conference game versus Drew University beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Johnston Hall.
