Duncan & Farrell Run PRs at Sam Howell Invitational at Princeton

PRINCETON, N.J. --- The Moravian College men's track & field squad had a pair of competitors run on the first day of the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational hosted by Princeton University Friday evening with both setting PRs in their events.

Senior Dillon Farrell placed third in the 10,000-meter run with a school record and ECAC qualifying time of 31:05.80 as he took nearly two full seconds off of his previous school best.

Senior Alec Duncan also had a PR while finishing 17th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with an ECAC qualifying time of 9:34.67 as he took two and a half seconds off of his previous career-best time.

Moravian will be right back in action on Saturday, April 4 when the team heads to the Muhlenberg College Invitational that is slated to begin at 10:00 a.m.
