INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- The Moravian University women's track & field team has had junior Lexi Groff selected as part of the field for the 2023 NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Indoor Track & Field National Championships that will be hosted by Birmingham-Southern College and the City of Birmingham at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama on March 10-11.
Groff, who will be competing in the NCAA Championships for the first time, was the final entrant in the 20-competitor field for the high jump set for Saturday, March 11 at 1:30 p.m. EST. Groff posted her qualifying height of 1.66 meters (5-5.25) on December 9 at the Bow Tie Invitational hosted by Ursinus College. Just three and a half inches separate the 20 competitors in the field.
