Greyhounds Place Fifth in Bill Butler Invitational at West Chester

WEST CHESTER, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's track & field squad placed fifth of 20 schools in the Bill Butler Invitational at West Chester University Saturday with several events later in the day being cancelled by the weather.

Event Winners

  • Sophomore Hannah Kolonoski started off the day with a first place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 12:39.61

Top 10 Finishers

  • Senior Helen Davis tied for third in the 100-meter dash in 12.83 seconds
  • Senior Crystal Robinson placed third in the 400-meter dash in an All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference qualifying time of 58.53 seconds while sophomore Abby Giamoni took fourth in an AARTFC qualifying time of 59.23 seconds
  • Senior Rachel Byrne finished sixth in the 800-meter run in a time of 2:25.38 while sophomore Lexi Rushatz took eighth in 2:25.73
  • Senior Delaney Wiseman finished third in the javelin with an AARTFC qualifying distance of 33.77 meters (110-9) while sophomore Abby McClaskey took sixth at 30.80 meters (101-0)
