BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next non-full-time coaching staff member in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know series is Head Equipment Manager Josh Baltz, who is in his sixth year with the Greyhounds as the equipment manager. Baltz was a three-year letterwinner for the Greyhounds' baseball team, graduating from Moravian in 2008, and he has also served as an assistant softball coach for five seasons.

How did you get into your field? My first job was at Muhlenberg College as an Assistant Baseball Coach and I also worked in the Equipment Room there. I enjoyed feeling a part of all the athletic teams and the interactions with different athletes. Along with that, I enjoy the self-satisfaction of the daily grind with athletics. My experiences at Muhlenberg led me to pursue the position as Head Equipment Manager at my alma mater Moravian College!
What is your favorite part of working at Moravian College? Interacting with the athletes and doing my part of enhancing their Moravian experience!
As a graduate of Moravian, what made you want to work for your Alma Mater? A full-time position at the time was very appealing...Along with the ability to stay in the area by family and friends!
What is your favorite place on campus? Football/Baseball Locker Room
What is your most memorable moment at Moravian? Post-season playoff runs with the Softball team!
What is the best piece of advice you've been given? Actions speak louder than words...
Who are your role models/most influential people? Mom and Brothers
Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with? Would not mind having a candlelight dinner with Sophia Bush, Jennifer Lawrence, or Jennifer Lopez!!
What have you done more of since March that you wouldn't have if sports had not been postponed? Home renovations
If you weren't in your current position, what would you be doing? Coaching Full-Time
