BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The next non-coaching staff member in the Moravian College Department of Athletics & Recreation's Get to Know series is our Sports Information Assistant, Nicole Palmasano, who is in her third year with the Greyhounds.

How did you get into your field? I attended East Stroudsburg University where I majored in Digital Media Technology, in the spring of my senior year I had an internship at Lafayette College in Sports Information and loved the idea of staying in sports after college along with doing what I love, graphics & photography!
What is your favorite part of working at Moravian College? Being able to come to work and be surrounded by so many great people.
What is your most memorable moment at Moravian? Traveling to Spain & Italy with the Field Hockey team!
What is the best piece of advice you've been given? There are no shortcuts to place worth going.
Who are your role models/most influential people? My mom & dad. Both have taught me what it means to work hard and to never give up.
Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with? 1. Taylor Swift, hands down. 2. Adam Sandler 3. Sandra Bullock
What have you done more of since March that you wouldn't have if sports had not been postponed? Invested in Paddle Boards this spring/summer and it has been so much fun!
If you weren't in your current position, what would you be doing? I am the assistant swim coach at Lafayette College so I would most likely be in the collegiate swim field.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise most people. 1. I tried out for American Idol in 2010! 2. I used to be a really good horseback rider.
