How did you get into your field? I double majored in Psychology and Management and loved the intersection of those fields which is basically my field, Industrial/Organizational Psychology

What is your favorite part of working at Moravian College? Working with and having a positive impact on the students, especially when you get to see their growth over four years.

What has kept you at Moravian for 10 or more years? The energy of the students and classroom dynamics, the meaningfulness of our mission, as well as a sense of comfort from the Moravian community and beautiful campus.

What is your favorite place on campus? The two blocks of Locust Street I've walked for 22 years - facilities keeps the campus so beautiful, it always inspired me to start each day energized, & be reinvigorated on the way home.

What is your most memorable moment at Moravian? My commencement talk to the 1993 graduates that centered around some life lessons from my father who was in the audience, what a blessing.

What is the best piece of advice you've been given? Don't sweat the small stuff, this too shall pass

Who are your role models/most influential people? My parents and college soccer coach, Bill Wilkinson – they basically shaped who I am and the values I cherish. I'm always thinking: what would they do in any particular situation.

Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with? Leonardo da Vinci, Sir Ernest Shackelton, & Jesus Christ (I kind of do this with the last one).

What have you done more of since March that you wouldn't have if sports had not been postponed? Leisure reading and my own exercise

If you weren't in your current position, what would you be doing? Would have likely gone into the practice side of things and been a full-time organizational consultant.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise most people. I met my wife when I was 20 and the lead singer of a rock band, Split Decision. My opening line was "Will you marry me?"; pretty prophetic, right?
