What is your favorite part of your sport? Being on the field with the guys and interacting with them in that setting.

How did your experience as a student-athlete help shape you as a coach? The experiences of teamwork and goal setting was always what I enjoyed with team sports.

What do you love most about coaching at Moravian College? The kids. Each player is an individual, and every student athlete is sharing on the same journey.

What has kept you at Moravian for 10 or more years? The environment on campus gives great opportunity to pursue academic and athletic goals. It is a valued collegiate experience, and a place a coach would want to stay for a while.

What is your favorite place on campus and why? The baseball field...duh!

What is your most memorable moment at Moravian? Watching the very first team I had here develop over that first year. The end of the year was very rewarding for them, the program, and to see it unfold as it did...was special.

Do you have any pre-event/game rituals or superstitions? Always. But it changes day to day. What I did 4 days in a row could change if it needs to. So, then a new superstition or tradition will start.

Sum up your coaching philosophy in one sentence? Only hard work and believing in your goals related to that hard work, will result in greatness.

What do you look for in a recruit? Someone that is coachable, a gamer/competitor, and an IQ for baseball.

What is the best piece of advice you've been given? Push the kids like you'd want to be pushed.

Who are your role models/most influential people? My parents and family

Which three people, living or dead, would you like to share a meal with? Ty Cobb, Tom Landry, and Abraham Lincoln

What have you done more of since March that you wouldn't have if sports had not been postponed? Yard work

If you weren't coaching, what would you be doing? gold prospecting

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise most people. That I climbed the Grand Teton and lived in Yellowstone Park
